Abu Dhabi, 25 November 2024 / ADNEC – Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of the Ruler in Al Dhafra Region, the sixth edition of the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show concluded with remarkable success, cementing its position as one of the leading and largest specialised events for luxury yachts, boats, and marine sports in the region.
Organised by ADNEC Group with distinction and creativity, the exhibition took place at the Marina Hall of ADNEC Abu Dhabi from 21 to 24 November.

The exhibition welcomed 43,732 visitors, a record-breaking figure representing a 25% increase compared to the previous edition.
The event also witnessed notable growth in size and scope, with the exhibition area expanding by 15%, reaching 75,000 square metres. Additionally, the number of exhibitors and brands increased by 14%, totalling 813 exhibitors, compared to 711 in the previous edition. Exhibitors from 56 countries participated, including six nations making their debut: Luxembourg, Greece, Sweden, Egypt, Bahrain, and Russia.
In addition to showcasing the latest boats, luxury yachts, and marine technologies, the event featured nine specialised workshops covering diverse topics such as marine scientific research, sustainability initiatives, and maritime education through the Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy. Workshops also included the Little Captain programme, public marine transportation, waste management in marinas, and beach safety, enhancing the exhibition’s value as an educational and awareness-raising platform.
The exhibition was organised in collaboration with key strategic partners, including Abu Dhabi Maritime as the strategic partner, Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi as the knowledge and sustainability partner, and the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi as the official destination partner.
Through its diverse range of activities and events, the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show highlighted Abu Dhabi’s leading role in hosting world-class marine events. This edition reaffirmed ADNEC Group’s commitment to promoting marine innovation and sustainability, solidifying the capital’s position as a global centre of excellence in the maritime industry.
